Warranty service
To submit a warranty claim, send an email【growled.trade@outlook.com】.
Warranty provided:
Subject to the exclusions set forth below, Grow Led warrants its LED grow lights, duct fans and heating mats to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a specified period of time from the date of shipment from Mars Hydro. Details are provided below:
- Most LED grow lights come with a five (5) year limited warranty, including:
- Within (1) year. Full Warranty: free components, free repair service, free shipping costs.
- (1)-(5) years. Limited Warranty: free components, buyer pays repair and shipping costs.
- All iHub duct fans and smart power strips come with a two (2) year warranty.
- All heating mats, snap fans, water pump (in drip irrigation kits) and PH (TDS) meters are covered by a one (1) year warranty with full coverage.
- Linear LED grow lights: “TS600” and “SP150” are covered by an EXCELLENT five (5) year limited warranty, including:
- 1. (0)-(3) months. Full warranty: Offer free replacement LED lighting, free shipping costs.
- 2.(3)-(12) months. Limited Warranty: offer free replacement LED lighting, buyer is responsible for shipping costs and potentially incurred product upgrade costs.
- 3. (1)-(5) years. Limited Warranty: Exchange offer to get new LEDs for 30%-50% cheaper.
Non-electrical products (and/or accessories): We do not provide warranty. If you receive a shipment with missing accessories or damaged products due to logistics, please contact us within 7 days to replace or ship the missing items.
The warranty applies only if:
●Sales are made through Growleds’ direct websites or through authorized distributors or retailers, or through authorized third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, etc.
- Products are installed in applications where ambient conditions are within the range of intended operating conditions.
- LED grow lights – ambient temperatures≦40℃ (104℉)
- Duct fans – ambient temperature≦30℃ (86℉); relative humidity≦65%.
- Heating mats – Ambient temperature≦40 ℃ (104 ℉)
- Failure of the LED Products that is NOT the result of external causes, including natural disasters, human damage, improper or unauthorized use, or other events beyond Mars Hydro’s reasonable control. Upon Mars Hydro’s request, you must provide appropriate operating documentation to prove that the Products do not meet the terms of this Limited Warranty.
Attention:
- Warranty claims for the Products must be submitted in writing within (30) days of discovery of the defect or failure to Mars Hydro [growled .trade@outlook.com] or an authorized sales representative.
- Products may need to be returned for inspection and non-compliance verification by Mars Hydro, but no Products will be accepted for inspection, verification or return unless accompanied by a “Return Request” from the Growleds Solutions Team.
- Growleds reserves the right to change or discontinue this Limited Warranty without notice, provided that any such change or discontinuance shall be effective only with respect to Products purchased after such change or discontinuance.
Warranty procedure
Be sure to review the warranty application before submitting it. The Mars Hydro Solutions team will be at your service as soon as possible.

(1)Order information. Provide the order number, purchasing platform, order email address.
(2) Detailed description of the problem.
(3) Photos of all labels on the original box. (if retained)
(4) Related proof of defective products. Photos and videos will help our team provide proper warranty service faster.
Replacement lighting service
There may be times when plants need lighting so badly that working LED lights cannot be returned to Growleds for inspection and repair, and Growleds will provide temporary replacement lighting to carry out the warranty procedure without halting plant growth.
- A deposit will be charged for replacement lighting.
- The user is responsible for the cost of transportation of replacement lighting in both directions.
- Replacement lighting will be returned within a week of receiving the repaired lighting.
- The deposit paid at the outset will be refunded upon receipt of replacement lighting in good condition.
