The Mars Hydro SP6500 LED grow light consumes only 650 watts, but provides plants with 1819 umol of photon flux per second and has a high PPE rate of 2.8 umol/j, saving 25% electricity compared to HPS lamps. It installs Samsung LM301B plant-focused LEDs to increase the accumulation of plant phytochemicals.

High light penetration

The Mars Hydro SP6500 is equipped with Samsung LEDs on a single light strip, so the light penetration is strong enough to drive photons deep into branches in the shade. And with a deep red wavelength of 660 nm in the spectrum, the light is able to penetrate the leaves and carry a lot of energy. Therefore, for growing rooms that have high hangers or tall trusses (for example, greenhouses), the SP6500 is the best lighting option for growing.

Sunlike Full Spectrum Special Formula

SP6500 emits full-spectrum sunlight, very good for all kinds of houseplants. The enhanced red light in the white light makes the SP6500 light work well from seed to harvest, providing a full cycle of plant growth.

Dimmable grow light and Daisy-Chaining chain

The SP6500 is a dimmable grow light that can be easily turned on/off and adjusted light levels with a dimmer, which can help indoor growers easily meet the changing PPFD requirements of different plants, from seedling, vegetative and flowering to fruiting stages. If you have multiple LEDs, the mars hydro SP series can be connected in series with each other, making it convenient to control them with one main LED light. (Up to 15 lights can be connected)

Thick finned heatsinks and passive cooling designs

The Mars Hydros SP series has a large aluminum heat sink with dozens of individual fins that quickly draw heat and dissipate it into the air, keeping the LED lights cool. A detachable power supply with a 2-meter extension cable can be mounted remotely on the side of the grow tent/stand or on an adjacent wall to remove heat from the grow space.
