Growers using high CFM inline fans in their grow tents may encounter issues with the tent being sucked inward and shrinking the available growing area. This is because the inline fan pulls out a lot of air, creating an imbalance in air pressure inside and outside the tent and negative pressure inside the tent causing the canvas to bend inwards.
You can try to increase the air pressure inside the tents, but this is not an economical idea. The Mars Hydro High CFM 4 poles included help keep the fabric in place, giving your plants more room to stretch.
Useful during installation. 1) Remove the rods and hooks; 2) Connect the poles with a hole in the end to the poles with a small silver bump on the end and snap them together to form one pole; 3）For every two hooks on each rod, install them at both ends. The holes of both hooks should face the same direction; 4）When you hear a “click” sound, the hooks are fully seated;5）Mount each of the four poles in the center of each side of the grow tent and you’re done.
