You can easily control LED plant lighting with our smartphone app when you connect the light via WIFI, allowing you to adjust the light intensity and timer settings. This makes it easy to adjust the lighting to your specific plants and growing conditions.
Follow the steps below to check and improve your Wi-Fi connection:
1)Make sure the Wi-Fi account and password are entered correctly.
2)Remove any special characters, spaces or symbols (e.g. #, $, %, &, *) from the Wi-Fi name or password.
3)Please note that the device does not support 5G Wi-Fi network. If you are using a 5G network, switch to a 2.4G Wi-Fi network.
4)If the previous attempts fail, you can try to reset the device [turn the dimmer button 3-5 times, the LED will flash to indicate a successful reset]. After resetting, reconnect the device to the Wi-Fi network.

To clean LED plant lights, simply wipe them with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasives that could damage the surface of the light. To maintain the lights, contact our customer service department for warranty replacement parts, such as bulbs or dimmer, and store the lights in a dry and well-ventilated place.
